Students Representatives in the Graduating Class of The Affiliated High School of Henan University Visited the Anatomy Building in The School of Medical Sciences in Henan University

On May 24th, 2018, with the coming of College Entrance Exam, student representatives in Affiliated School of HenanUniversity visited the School of Basic Medicine to learn the basic knowledge of Human Science. Adjunct professor Du Yaowu from department of human science detailly expounded the basic theories of human body specimen, explained the secret of nine systems in human body and showed the college students’ special achievements in the field of human anatomy.

Professor Du delivered classes in a witty and humorous way, and his delivery of body structure was appealing and elegant. Students showed great appreciation towards Mr. Du ‘s professional spirit and took great interest in senior schoolmates’ achievements. Simultaneously, with moreacknowledgementsof body structure, they were inspired by the course in the School of Basic Medicine and showed great ambitious to keep learning anatomy and exploring the secret of body in their college lives.

Mr. Du leaded the students to Anatomy Building and introduced anatomy laboratories to the students. Students fully comprehended the special role that medical education played in body anatomy courses. As the saying goes, “It will be no medical science if anatomy doesn’t exist.” The meaningful saying left a deep impression on their hearts.

In this activity, our college showed our advantageous role of medical science, the traits of medical science and the colorful learning activities held in HenanUniversity’s School of Basic Medicine which were set to cultivate medical elites, as the result of which, the students had a more accurate understanding of what major they should choose after graduating from high school.

This activity was held aiming to welcome the graduating students, and it was also the preparation for enrollment subject in 2018. All faculty met the common idea that, as long as we wanted to build a promising campus, we needed to do our best in cultivating students’ professional capabilities, making them not only skillful but also confident.

We strongly welcomed the younger generations to join the School ofMedical Sciences, and we would preoccupiedly explore medical science and keep striving for the development of human medical career!
